All goods remain the property of Christian Markets until fully paid for.We will not be liable for postal losses but will do our utmost to assist with insurance claims from the post office.
No claims will be recognised for missing goods unless made within 48 hours of receipt.

We do our utmost to provide some of the cheapest prices on quality items  in the UK.Our products are varied,with some very delicate and too sensitive to be returned after purchase.So we do not encourage returns.Returns will only be permissible under very special circumstances, such as when you receive an item that is clearly different from what we advertised. 

We sell mainly brand new goods.Occasionally, we offer graded or used items especially in our electronics and computer categories.We also offer some  ex-chain store items especially in our clothing category.These are usually quality BRAND NEW items whose tags / labels we have removed for legal reasons .

International shipping: We ship worldwide(with few exceptions). The cost varies from country to country. If you place an order, we will send a quote for the shipping costs.Also check our Shipping Page. We have special terms for Africa , Asia , and the rest of the world.We have representatives in a few countries and you can pick up your orders from them directly.

Delivery:We are able to do 24 hour next day delivery on certain items. But typically, you should receive your order within 3-5 working days. Please be aware that this does not include weekends, bank holidays and festive seasons. Also, orders placed overnight may not be processed  until the next working day.A few items,especially in the furniture section typically take 2 weeks for delivery.

Payment: We accept all major Debit and Credit cards.All credit card and paypal payments must correspond with the address of where goods are to be sent to.This is to prevent fraud.We cannot post to 3rd parties.We also accept bank transfers,direct payment into our bank account, uncrossed postal orders,bank drafts,cheques, and cash payments.Any cash sent via the post is at your own risk.

General: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website.
